In 2009, Plumbing & Mechanical Magazine named Bill one of the 25 most influential contractors of the past quarter century. Bill is a licensed Master Plumber and co-owner of Frank & Lindy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Peekskill, NY (Westchester County). Frank & Lindy has earned the Nexstar Network ‘Select Service Seal of Approval’ for seven consecutive years, one of five companies across the nation to do so. It is awarded for exceptional rankings in employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and corporate stability. He graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York where he majored in Economics. He is a Master Trainer with Nexstar Network and former Chairman of their Board of Directors.
Will Blanton, Vice President and Chair of Troops to Trades

Founded in 1951 by his grandfather, Will took over the family business in 1997. Consistently ranked one of the premier residential contractors in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Will is focused on providing an old-fashioned service approach with a passion for honesty, workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Will also serves as the chair of the foundation’s Troops to Trades program. Being a part of the Fayetteville community his entire life and with many veterans in his family, Will is passionate about recognizing the service and dedication put forth by our military men and women.
Greg Niemi, Treasurer.
Greg Niemi was the former President and CEO of Nexstar from Feb 2001 thru Nov 2011 and was the principal founder of the Nexstar Legacy Foundation in 2005. Greg will forever be known as the visionary of the organization.
After his retirement from Nexstar, Greg continues to give back vis a vis board service, executive coaching and leadership consulting for privately held professional service businesses. He serves on both non-profit and for-profit boards and of course his favorite board of all being the Nexstar Legacy Foundation.
Greg is passionate about getting the message out about the abundance of opportunities for all professions in our industry. He feels the opportunity is so understated by so many in our industry. Greg enjoys career coaching the NexGen of talent and is a great connector of people with opportunities inside and outside our industry.

Mike Enright, Secretary.
Mike is the co-founder and owner of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. AAA Service has been serving the Denver area since 1983. Mike has been serving as a trustee since 2012 and is chair of the scholarship committee.
Ed Cerier, Trustee.
Ed has been a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 1992. Prior to that, Ed served as Chair of the Foundation’s Marketing Committee.
Ed is the marketing manager at Nexstar, Inc. He has been with Nexstar since 2005.
Prior to Nexstar, Cerier ran Marketing Works, a strategic marketing consultancy. Clients included the American Academy of Pediatrics, Commerce Bank, Pfizer, West Group and Xcel Energy.
Ed has been on the adjunct faculty of Metropolitan State University and the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business. He’s lectured on advertising, branding, customer service, positioning, research and strategic marketing at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business and other Twin Cities universities. He taught marketing management to M.B.A. candidates in Taiwan in the summer of 2004.
Earlier in his career Ed worked for three advertising agencies, including BBDO New York and Campbell Mithun, Minneapolis, where he was a Vice President and Account Supervisor. His clients included Campbell’s Soup, Citibank, General Mills, Interstate Bakeries (Hostess and Wonder Bread), Johnson & Johnson and Land O’Lakes.
Ed has won a number of awards, including a Clio (the Oscar of the advertising industry) and two Effies (honoring creativity and effectiveness). A commercial for Hostess won Best of Show at the Golden Marbles (honoring advertising to kids); the same commercial was a finalist at the Cannes International Ad Festival.
Cerier earned his MBA in marketing from New York University and his BA in history and English from Ithaca College.
Jack Tester, Trustee, Ex Officio.
Gregg D’Attile, Trustee.
Serving on the Nexstar Legacy Foundation board since 2014, Gregg is the CEO of Art Plumbing, AC & Electric located in, and serving, South Florida since 1983. Mr. D’Attile has also served on the Nexstar Network Board of Directors.
Gabriel Gomez, Trustee.
Beginning his term in 2016, Gabriel is the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at AC Pro, a family heating and air conditioning distributor in southern California and southern Nevada. A veteran himself, Gabriel is dedicated to honoring our nation’s veterans with scholarships and training grants that will propel them into rewarding and quality careers in the PHCE industry.
Geno Caccia, Trustee
As the president of Caccia Plumbing, Caccia has been active in the PHCC California chapter for over 18 years, most recently as the president. An active participant in the development and maintenance of a successful state association as well, Caccia is leading the way on the PHCC of California Ride & Decide workforce development program, implemented to solve the current issue of lack of skilled trained workers in the plumbing-heating-cooling trades.
Frank Blau Jr., Honorary Chairperson.
Frank Blau is a founder of Nexstar and is now retired. He serves as the honorary chairman of the board of Blau Plumbing, Inc. which was acquired by two of his sons.
A foundation trustee is a non-paid position. The board of trustees will meet two to three times per year to administrate the operations of the foundation. The foundation has been designated as a non-profit foundation for educational and charitable purposes. The Nexstar Legacy Foundation is a publicly supported corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and has received 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service.
