Explore The Trades Happy Hour Fundraiser a Success!
Thank you to everyone who attended the Explore The Trades Happy Hour Fundraiser at Super Meeting 2022!
Explore The Trades keeps a calendar of professional plumbing, HVAC, and electrician events across the country that can help you learn more and hone your skill set. This event was a Texas-sized success with the support of both individuals and our corporate sponsors.
Our individual donors generously gave over $20,000 and our corporate sponsors gave $35,000 to bridge the technical talent gap to the service trades of plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical.
The event featured a panel of Skills Lab industry and education partners from Pat Plumbing, Heating & Air, Armstrong Plumbing, Air & Electric and Byron Martin Advanced Technology Center.
A special thank you to Ferguson for their continued partnership in the “Explore The Trades Skills Lab, Built by Ferguson” initiative.

Explore The Trades and Ferguson Enterprises were thrilled to see three brand new skills labs come together during the pilot year of our skills lab program last year, and we’re excited to see this initiative continuing in 2022-2023!
Do YOU want to bring a plumbing or HVAC skills lab to a school in your community? Pass this information along to a school near you!
Updates to the program this year include resources allocated for both new skills labs AND refurbishments to existing training spaces. Also, both middle and high schools are eligible to apply.
Applications will be open from October 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
