Explore The Trades Attends the American School Counselor Association Conference

From July 11-14, Explore The Trades attended the 2025 American School Counselor Association (ASCA) Conference in Long Beach, CA. What an incredible experience it was!

With nearly 5,000 school counselors and educators in attendance, the conference was buzzing with energy, ideas, and a shared commitment to student success. Toni Bower, Donor Engagement Specialist, and Maddy Sorenson, Project Coordinator, were on the ground connecting with over 140 educators and school counselors from across the country. Our team had great conversations about the amazing opportunities in the plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical trades.

The conference featured a jam-packed schedule with nearly 200 sessions focused on the evolving needs of K–12 students, and a bustling exhibit hall with over 250 exhibitors—including Explore The Trades! Our booth was a hub of conversation, curiosity, and excitement about the future of skilled trades education.

If you didn’t get a chance to stop by our booth (or just want more resources), don’t worry! You can still request free trades posters for your classroom by visiting our website. Let’s keep the momentum going and inspire the next generation of trades professionals!
