Explore The Trades Receives Grant Support from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation

Explore The Trades has received a grant from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation™ that will help bridge the technical talent gap to the service trades of plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. This support reflects a shared commitment to strengthening communities by investing in workforce development and career exploration.

The Enterprise Mobility Foundation works to strengthen the communities where Enterprise Mobility team members live and work by supporting a wide range of charitable initiatives, including education and workforce development programs. Its long-standing investment in community impact aligns closely with Explore The Trades’ work to connect students with in-demand career opportunities and build awareness of essential service industries.

This funding will help expand the organization’s resource development efforts, increasing access to tools and materials designed to introduce students to career opportunities in the skilled trades. These resources support educators and industry partners in delivering engaging, career-focused learning experiences. Explore The Trades’ resources are currently implemented in 3,200+ public school districts nationwide, reaching and impacting more than 1.2 million students.

By continuing to grow its reach, Explore The Trades aims to strengthen the future workforce pipeline and ensure students are aware of the wide range of rewarding, in-demand careers available within the trades. This expanded access will help more students explore viable career pathways while supporting the long-term sustainability of the essential service trades industry.
