PARTNER WITH SCHOOLS TO GROW THE TRADES

Explore The Trades helps your business build meaningful partnerships with local schools, strengthening career exploration for elementary, middle, and high schoolers, and supporting the future skilled trade workforce.

Uplift The Trades One Connection at a Time

We bridge the gap between the education industry and businesses like yours. Our goal is to make it simple to partner with schools, engage students in meaningful career exploration, and strengthen your local workforce pipeline.

Together, we can expand awareness of skilled trade careers, support schools with trade programs, and build a sustainable talent network.
